1. Log in to the TD SYNNEX Partner Portal.

2. Click "Register as a Channel" to register as a channel partner.

3. Select your region.

4. Complete the form.

5. Wait for validation from the onboarding team.

6. Confirmation:
If you don't receive an email to create your password within 48 hours, contact support via the "Contact us" page or email 
cca.customercare@tdsynnex.com.

Register

Step 1:

1. Go to the "Shop" module and access the manufacturers' virtual stores.

2. Inside the manufacturer's page, you'll find their details, featured products and categories.

3. Use the smart search tool to filter by product name, SKU or availability.

Step 2:

1. Click on the product you're interested in to see its name, price and delivery time.

2. If you prefer, build a product bundle and save it.

3. Once you've selected what you need, you can save your selection as a quote or directly start the purchase process.

  • 1. Go to the "Quick Quote" window.
  • It's located on the right side of the screen.
    Enter the SKU numbers of the desired products.

  • 2. Once the SKUs are entered, a quote will be automatically created with the selected items. 
  • 3. Click "Create Cart" to view the quote. 
    If there's an existing cart, you can:
    • Clear it and start a new one
    • Add the new products to the existing cart.
     
  • 4. Verify that your order is correct.

  • 5. Have the quote. You have several options:
    • Download it as Excel
    • Email it
    • Share the link with your team


  • 6. By saving it, the quote will be available in the "Commercial Proposals" module of the Partner Portal.

1. Click "Place Order." 

2. Validate the financial information, i.e., the billing address, which is automatically loaded, shipping cost and payment method. Available options:
• Prepaid
• Credit line (depending on system setup)
• Credit card (depending on the country)

3. Review product details, quantities, delivery times, subtotal and taxes.

4. Complete the final customer form
(you can use the same billing information if applicable).

5. Accept the terms and conditions.

6. Click "Place Order."
